Site plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various parts of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
